Ok. Could be better.

The weld on plate arrived warped just enough to notice. For parts used to mount expensive motors on you’d think precision would be a priority. Also, the plate is 3/8” thick. The Puck and Pin that gets mounted to it is one inch thick.After welding to my aluminum bow, I had to cut a 1-1/2 inch bolt down to a 1-3/8 inch bolt to utilize 100% of the pre-tapped threaded holes in the plate. Obviously 1-3/8” bolts don’t exist. Why not just make the plate 1/2” thick?? Customers having to mod these expensive parts seems like a bummer.
